As a parent you may be worried that your daughter expects herself to be perfect, or you may be frustrated by the way she sees herself. You know she’s great – but she just can’t see it herself.
As experts in helping teenage girls to value their individuality and believe in themselves, Confident Girls offers workshops to help teenage girls understand themselves better and develop skills to handle different situations.
Alongside our work in state and independent schools, Confident Girls offers an innovative way for teenage girls to benefit from this support outside school. We work in partnership with parents – parents put together a group of girls (normally their daughter’s friends) and we run a fun and interactive workshop with these girls in your home. This way your daughter benefits from learning alongside her friends, so they can support and encourage each other in the session, and afterwards.
The workshop helps girls to:
• Discover ways for them to see how great they are
• Tools to help them express themselves in any situation
• Tactics to handle social media effectively
• 3 tips to build their body confidence
One girl fed back that “I’ve learnt how to value myself and everything about me”.
