Jeraldine Curran Bsc (Hons) Dip ONT

A graduate of the renowned Centre of Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (underwritten by Middlesex University), a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Currently she is completing a MSC Nutritional Medicine and will finish in 2018.

Jeraldine has advised on a broad spectrum of health disorders in a wide range of individuals, from babies and children to older people. She is an experienced public speaker on a range of subjects encompassing wellness in the workplace, sports nutrition, stress management through diet and has an extensive knowledge of the nutritional aspects of all matters relating to health and wellbeing. She has also worked in Wycombe Hospital specialising in working with heart surgery patients alongside a team of healthcare professionals.

Jeraldine has arrange and deliver presentations at symposiums and conferences to teach other healthcare professionals about nutrition and the use of supplementation, attended London hospitals talking to nurses and doctors about the benefits of using supplements and appeared on local radio answering nutrition based questions from the general public.

Good nutrition is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health and peak performance. Jeraldine can identify potential nutritional imbalances and how these may contribute to symptoms. This approach enables her to work with people on many levels by addressing nutritional imbalances and supporting the body towards maintaining health.

The tools of the trade are diet, lifestyle and, where required, therapeutic use of supplements. She will discuss priorities and determine an action plan for you. Ongoing support can be agreed, either individually in person, by phone/Skype or in a group setting. 

She also runs two clinics, workshops, writes for newspapers and magazines along with arranging events about nutritional and lifestyle. She is keen to demonstrate that there are always fresh starts for middle-lifers and that you can choose a new direction at any age. We all need to be working towards ‘Healthy Ageing’ and are never too young to or old to start – after all, ‘prevention is better than cure’.
