What is required for you to take part in a video consultation?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we aren't offering online booking for appointments, so please contact us to make an appointment in the first instance.
Once you have settled on a convenient appointment time, the reception team will take payment for the appointment and confirm the mobile number or email address to send your unique appointment link to. The device you choose simply needs a camera and microphone.
At your appointment time, you will receive a message with your link, you click on the link and simply enter the appointment.
What if I need a prescription?
If the doctor deems it necessary for you to have a prescription as part of your treatment, we can get this issued and either posted out to you, or sent directly by secure fax or email to your preferred pharmacy for collection.
Can I always see the doctor via video consultation?
Video consultations will only be used by our doctor in circumstances where physical examinations and diagnostic tests are not required.
If you have any further queries or would like to book a video consultation, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to help you.
